DENSO International Europe Names New President and CEO for European Region
Weesp (the Netherlands) ― DENSO today announced the appointment of Mr. Yoshikazu Makino to President and CEO of DENSO International Europe B.V., DENSO’s regional headquarters in Weesp, the Netherlands, effective June 22, 2011. Makino is Executive Director of DENSO Corporation and replaces Mr. Shigehiro Nishimura, who is going to be in charge of the Asia/Pacific region.
Prior to being named to his new position, Makino oversaw the Global Business Planning Division at DENSO Corporation, Kariya, Japan. In this position, Makino contributed to the strengthening of regional management capabilities in growing markets such as China, India and Brazil.
