DENSO Corporation Holds 92nd Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting
At the 92nd Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting, DENSO Corporation reported on its consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements for the period April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015. In addition, senior management changes at DENSO Corporation were announced.

In Europe the following senior management changes have taken place:
Masato (Max) Nakagawa, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Technology Officer European Region has been promoted to Executive Director at DENSO Corporation. Already working in Europe for the last 12 years, Mr. Nakagawa is the successor to Yasushi Yamanaka.
At the Thermal Center Europe (TEC), Marco di Rao Marotta has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Di Rao also became Executive Director at DENSO Corporation. Manfredo Nicolelli will retire from Senior Executive Director and will be appointed Chairman of DENSO Thermal Systems (DNTS).
Within DENSO International Europe (DIEU), Kenzo Yano, Head of European Engineering (non-thermal) has been appointed Senior Director of DENSO Coproration.
At DENSO Barcelona (DNBA), for the first time a non-Japanese President was appointed: Josep Manel Jimenez. Mr. Jimenez climbed through the ranks of our manufacturing facility in Sant Frutos de Bages, Spain, and is replacing Seiji Nehashi.
These appointments show a further strengthening of the European DENSO organization with experienced and more-and-more localized top management.
