At DENSO Europe we see the advantage of offering a wide variety of interesting internships and graduate projects to students from all disciplines. No matter where you live and work, you will find yourself dealing with a diverse team of people from all over the world. You may even find yourself travelling across the globe!
Each year we attend a variety of events in countries right across Europe to promote the outstanding opportunities for careers that DENSO can offer. Here are some photos from these events:
In Europe we were the first DENSO region to establish a multi-national graduate recruitment and development programme. For example, in 2006-2008 this programme brought more than 20 highly talented manufacturing engineers into our production companies, helping us to strengthen our talent pool. Now we are turning our attention to graduate opportunities in our engineering teams located in Germany, Italy and the UK, as we reinforce our long-term expansion in engineering resources in Europe.
In recognition that individuals have different needs, we offer internships of varying lengths to meet both your, and our, requirements. No two people are the same and no two projects are the same, therefore we aim to match your skills and abilities with the opportunities we have available. From the outset we will sit down together to clarify the expectations and objectives from both sides to ensure that these are met.
As an intern you’ll be treated like a normal employee from day one and follow the standard induction process. As a result you’ll get ‘real’ and valuable experience of working in a multinational company. The working language at DENSO is English, so a good working knowledge is a requirement.
In some countries we offer the opportunity for final year students to develop their thesis in combination with hands-on experience at DENSO Europe. These opportunities normally last for around six months, depending on the thesis, and a competitive compensation package is offered based on individual circumstances. During this time you will receive the full support of DENSO Europe with access to the knowledge of your colleagues, our information sources and any testing facilities required.
If you are interested, please complete our online application form. We will then forward your details to the relevant HR Manager at your chosen location who will look for possible opportunities that meet your requirements. Please note that English is the working language of DENSO Europe in all locations.
